  Consep manufactures a wide range of water clarification solutions tailored to suit each plant’s unique and specialised treatment. Whether it is existing equipment, retrofit of upgrade of existing clarifier, Consep has the experience to meet your process requirements and standards demanded in Australia & NZ. Our range includes conventional clarifiers, solids contact clarifiers, thickeners and more. Importantly, our clarifiers utilise the clarifier optimisation package (COP) which is based on over 30 years and 1,500 installations of experience and designed to optimise the clarification process, produce the cleanest possible effluent and maximise underflow concentration.

  Dissolved Air Flotation

  Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is an effective process for clarification and thickening applications through the driving force of microscopic air bubbles. These bubbles adhere to incoming solids from slurry to form a buoyant blanket which rises to the surface of the tank and is removed mechanically. Consep manufactures circular DAFs to a wide range of sizes. Circular DAF design has several advantages such as a full 360 degree distribution of flow and microscopic bubbles allow full utilisation of tank surface area for effective flotation and uniform up flow, simpler skimming mechanism, low velocity under the float baffle resulting in less potential for solids carry over and short circuiting. Consep is also able to supply peripheral equipment such as polymer dosing systems, conduct retrofits and laboratory testwork to help establish design parameters.

  Biological Treatment

  Consep and WesTech understand the importance of biological treatment and has available a wide range of products and options to match your unique application. Our goal is to provide an energy efficient system that will provide you the effluent quality demanded for a successful wastewater plant. Our biological treatment products range from rotary distributors, trickling filters, aeration systems and aerators, BNR, Oxidation Ditch and clarification systems.

  Anaerobic Digestion Equipment

  Through WesTech, Consep is able to provide innovative designs for custom digester covers. We provide three main design options. Our truss structure is ideal for buoyant cover designs with attic space for insulation. The radial beam structure option is our most economical option and includes fixed and gas holder cover designs. Finally, the DuoSphere digester cover is the most versatile cover available. The DuoSphere is a dual membrane gas holder constructed from high strength fabric, radio frequency welding process c/w gas detection system to provide ultimate strength and safety. It allows for fast installation (2-5 days) resulting in less equipment and construction cost, provides absolute odour containment, variable liquid level and suitable for all new or existing digesters.

  Filters

  WesTech has a wide range of filtration options in all shapes, sizes, and configurations. Through WesTech, Consep can help you select the right filter for your application. Our filtration options range from Ultrafiltration membrane systems, conventional gravity filters, pressure filters, disck filters and complete package water treatment plants. Only Consep and WesTech is able to provide this range of options and expertise to match.

  Replacement Drives

  For existing clarifiers, thickeners, or DAF in need of refurbishment or replacement, Consep is able to provide replacement drive units alleviating the maintenance associated with rebuilding it yourself. To ensure suitability, Consep will visit the site to inspect existing equipment to note down key details and requirements. With our partnership with WesTech, we are able to provide direct, bolt-in replacements for your old drives. WesTech replacement drives take advantage of the same efficient components and quality manufacturing as the WesTech standard drive which boasts quality, durability and performance.
