Clarifiers

Our product range includes traditional clarifiers, solids contact clarifiers, thickeners and more. Our clarifiers feature the Clarifier Optimisation Package (COP), leveraging over 30 years of expertise and 1,500 installations to refine the clarification process, ensuring crystal-clear effluent and optimal underflow concentration.

Clarifiers

Dissolved Air Flotation

Our circular Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems optimise efficiency with 360-degree flow distribution, ensuring consistent flotation and upflow. Benefits include simplified skimming, reduced solids carryover and minimised short circuiting risk. We offer polymer dosing systems, retrofitting and laboratory testing for precise design parameters.

Consep and WesTech provide tailored biological treatment solutions for efficient wastewater management. Our diverse portfolio includes rotary distributors, trickling filters, aeration systems, Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR), Oxidation Ditches and clarification systems, all aimed at achieving high-efficiency effluent quality for your treatment plant.

Biological Treatment

Anaerobic Digestion Equipment

Consep, in partnership with WesTech, offers three custom digester cover options to suit various needs. The truss structure provides buoyant covers with attic insulation for thermal efficiency. The radial beam structure offers cost-effectiveness with fixed and gas holder designs. The DuoSphere cover, featuring a dual membrane gas holder, ensures rapid installation, odor containment, adaptability to liquid levels and compatibility with new or existing digesters, enhancing safety and efficiency.
