Our solutions

Arcual Vezin Samplers

Our Arcual Vezin Samplers are best suited to primary sampling duties as a cost effective solution, when compared against other primary sampling technologies. The Arcual Vezin moves through an “Arc” of 120 degrees, as its name suggests. This allows for a much more compact design when compared to traditional Rotary Vezin Samplers, which move unidirectionally through 360 degrees of motion. Available in a range of sizes, the Arcual Sampler is a popular choice for any mining and mineral processing operation.

Cross Belt ARM Samplers

The Cross Belt ARM Sampler, designed as an automated solution to the stop belt manual sampling method but without the need to stop the conveyor, is a robust sample solution for any mining, mineral processing or aggregate operation. With models available to suit any conveyor size, the design has been developed over decades to ensure the most accurate and precise sampling possible from a cross belt sampler.

Pressure Pipe Samplers

When sampling from pipes delivering pressurised slurry anywhere in your processing plant, look no further than the Consep range of Pressure Pipe Samplers. Available to suit both vertical and horizontal pipes in any size, the pressure pipe sampler can deliver a continuous sample stream to either a downstream analyser or intermittent sampler, to suit your projects needs.

Fixed Cutter Samplers

The Consep Fixed Cutter sampler, or Top Mounted Cutter (TMC) sampler is a gravity fed launder style sampler. Ideally suited to producing a continuous sample stream for further composite shift processing or online analysis for trending purposes. Mixing flumes and other unique features promote homogenisation and prevent backwashing for the highest quality sample possible for this type of sampler.

Linear Cross Cut Samplers

Discover the widest range of linear sampler drive types on the market, including electric belt, chain and ball-screw drives, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic drives. Our models ensure right balance between capacity and capital cost. With our largest belt drives capable of handling 20,000 tph and beyond, we deliver exceptional performance for any scale of operation. We offer a variety of cutter designs, covering solids, slurry and bottom dump styles, with options for both vertical and horizontal feed.

Rotary Vezin Samplers

Consep’s Vezin Samplers are designed for truly representative sampling for both solids and slurry applications. Available in a range of sizes, it features a rotating cutter for accurate material division. Designed for durability and versatility, it ensures consistent sampling for a wide range of industrial processes, including mining and mineral processing.

Moving Inlet Sampler

The Consep Moving Inlet Sampler produces sample by oscillating a flexible hose across a static cutter. Slurry entering the sampler will momentarily be diverted across the cutter, producing a sample. A popular addition to any trend sample station for producing a composite shift sample.

Rotary Sample Divider

The Consep Rotary Sample Divider (RSDR) is an innovative modularised design that comprises a feed hopper, belt feeder, sampler and sample collector all in the one unit. Intended as the final stage of sampling, these samplers are a truly representative sampler that can simplify the design and cost of any solids sampling system.

AIE Sampler

The Consep Automated Increment Extractor (AIE), or poppet sampler, delivers reliable and safe sampling from a wide variety of homogenised process solution streams. Engineered for durability, it excels in harsh environments, handling corrosive streams at temperatures up to 150°C and pressures up to 1,000 kPa. Suitable for pipes of any size, the AIE sampler is the ideal solution for sampling in demanding industrial conditions.
