Features

Consep’s experienced process engineers work closely with the client to prepare a flowsheet based on the ore body.
This is followed by development of a process flow diagram (PFD) and mass balance to determine throughput from the gravity circuit.
A scope of works is then established and a preliminary estimate for the project is provided. W
Equipment is customised and manufactured specific to project requirements.
Consep commissioning engineers are deployed to site to assist with installation, commissioning services, training and process optimisation.
Consep provides continuous and on-going support via email, phone, and site visits to ensure the gravity circuit is running at optimum conditions.
