Consep’s Electrowinning Cells are meticulously crafted by experienced in-house experts, prioritising improved safety, simplicity and efficiency in operation.
The cells feature a range of innovative design elements, including stainless steel stocking for periodic gold deposit removal, lightweight yet durable curved lids with gas dampers for easy access and poly spacers to ensure even spacing of cathodes and anodes, eliminating the need for cathode baskets.
With bus bars conveniently located for easy access, V-notch weir for flow rate calculation and sloped floor with dropbox for sludge removal, Consep’s Electrowinning Cells are designed for simplified maintenance and enhanced functionality, ensuring reliable performance over extended periods.
For a complete electrowinning package, we also offer various ancillaries, which includes the Consep Cathode Treatment System, the Consep Cathode Wash Station, DC busbars/cables for EW cell terminals, ventilation packages, cathode & anode lifting frames, and cathode & anode support frames.
